All waste waters are under treatment in our chemical – physical purifier, which is constantly held by efficient maintenance and verification constant, the whole plant is monitored by a computer system that allows archiving of data needed for an improvement continuously.
The company’s pride is an innovative recycling system with zero discharge of rinse water of galvanic plant #12, the system works with a demineralizator with 65 m3/h,
recirculating it through the continuous do not consume water and not having any waste of water.
In addition to these benefits must be considered that with this technology we wash the pieces in working with demineralised water by improving the quality of galvanizing.
